Care: Prefers moist, well‑drained soil and thrives in woodland edges, wildlife lawns, and cottage gardens. Water during dry spells. Remove older runners to keep plants productive or to keep compact, alternatively keep contained in a pot or trough. Allow berries to ripen fully for maximum flavour.
Fun Fact: Wild strawberries are far more aromatic than supermarket varieties - tiny but intensely flavoured.
